Acrolex is built on values that
take the stewardship of our clients' legal issues seriously.
Acrolex (AX), inspired by 'acrolect,' denotes a prestigious language form. Combining 'akros' (ἄκρος) for high in Greek and 'Lex' for law in Latin, it symbolizes our commitment to excellence in legal practice and service— encapsulating our vision and mission.
AX does significant work for the Cambodian community in Victoria, including by delivering its pro bono program, the Victorian Cambodian Law Clearinghouse. Since its establishment, AX has represented or been involved in advising prominent members of the Cambodian community, including institutions such as the Khmer Buddhist Temple Association Inc. AX has been recognised in Pro Bono Voco, a biannual publication for the private, public and community sectors issued by the Australian Pro Bono Centre.
AX was established in 2022 with a distinct vision to redefine the landscape of legal services.

Reemi Tan
Andy Naidu
Reemi is the Managing Director of AX. She is also the Lead Manager for the VCLC, AX's principal pro bono program.
Reemi was born in Cambodia and speaks fluent Khmer. She works out of Melbourne, Bangkok and Phnom Penh.
In 2024, Reemi won the International Women's Day Award for her work in the VCLC.
Andy is Director Principal and Special Counsel of AX. He is also an Arbitrator.
Andy was member of Counsel for 15 years before establishing AX in 2022. Andy principally practises Commercial Law and frequently appears in Court. Andy speaks Malay, Indonesian and Tamil.
Peter Lim
Peter is AX's Client Manager for our Cambodian clients. Peter has substantial experience in cross-border negotiations and speaks fluent Khmer and Chinese.
Peter also assists clients with immigration enquiries.
Frank Jaffer
Frank is AX's Commercial Sustainability Director. Frank is responsible for AX's growth into ASEAN markets (where AX has many clients) and speaks Italian, Arabic and Hindi.
Frank divides his time between Japan, the Philippines and Australia.
Frank was Knighted by the Order of the Knights of Rizal in 2023.
Alexander Oh
Alexander is a lawyer and AX's Senior Associate. He is technically adept, with extensive commercial experience.
Alexander also acts for clients across criminal, family and immigration law sectors.
He is also an Ambassador to the College of Law.
Jenny Malazarte
Jenny has a background in solutions management with Converge ICT and is an Advanced Media Group Board Member in APAC.
She brings a wealth of experience form the telco sector. Jenny speaks fluent Tagalog.
Zieh Lozano
Zieh is AX's Ormoc-based Registrar and triages AX's Philippines clients as well as works in the APAC region. She also advises clients on international education aspects of their pursuits. Zieh speaks Tagalog and is pursuing a post-graduate course in education.
