what happened in OR's case
Partner Subclass 301 and 100 visas
OR and KV came to AX after KV's application for a Partner Visa had languished
for several years in the care of their previous migration agent. Despite their efforts, they
were no closer to getting the application finalised.
To make matters worse, OR and KV had been living apart since the application was lodged, as KV had to return to Cambodia as advised by their then migration agent. KV lodged her application overseas, and waited for several years for a decision.
OR came to AX in early 2023, and after preliminary discussions, the couple agreed to shift their case over to AX. 5 months later, KV received her subclass 100 Permanent Visa, thanks to the proactive steps taken by
AX to compel the finalisation of KV's application.
